Cahuenga Apartment Building

Hollywood will be lucky to have the Cahuenga Apartment Building remodeled this year. In the 1920's it was once called "Hotel Dupont" and even though there was no fire-escape the building hosted a wonderful rooftop garden. During the 1930's and 1940's the building was called "Hotel Padre" and always flew the American Flag high. Downstairs the building had a Cafe and just south was "Melton's Draperies."
